Restorative Justice 101: Training for Practice in Everyday Life

RJ 101


Optional CEs/CLEs: $35

RJ 101 teaches the principles, philosophies, and practices of Restorative Justice via lecture and experiential education methodologies for empowering our communities.

Professionals, paraprofessionals, and laypersons are welcome to attend.


RJ 101 Training Objectives:

  1. Learn the history and philosophy and principles of restorative justice and restorative practices.
  2. Examine the neuroscience of restorative justice.
  3. Apply a restorative lens to work with those who have been harmed, those who have harmed, and the community.
  4. Experience a simulated interactive restorative justice conference.
  5. Explore applications for restorative justice practices at home, work, school, and in the community.

Boards for Continued Education (CE) Credit.

CE Certificates for 6.5 hours of continuing education credit
will be provided for $35/trainee for:
Social Workers, Teachers, and Nurses.
Attorneys who wish to earn 5.5 CLEs for this training, please contact info@mnpeace.org to notify us and we will register with the CLE board.
